I used a 28 oz. can of crushed tomatoes, a 30 oz. container of low sodium broth and only 2 chicken breasts diced - everything else same as the recipe. Delicious! Submitted by:

I added one leek finely chopped, Old Bay Seasoning and some extra cinnamon and salt too. I would recommend letting it simmer for more than an hour to let the spices and veggie flavors meld a bit better. Very tasty experiment! Submitted by:
