My kids didn't like this but all the adults in my family did! It was quick and easy. I forgot to add the salt but it tasted fine without it. Submitted by:

Made this to go with fish and it was perfect but a little too much SALT for me. Will make again often without the salt. Submitted by:

Awesome. It's easy to make. It's tastes great. I made it for lunch and ate all 6 servings. I factored it in my nutrition count for today before I did :-) Submitted by:

I made this last night. The family did not like it at all. I would make it again just for me because of the extra vitamins. Next time I'll add some parmesan cheese before eating. Submitted by:

Now this sounds healthy - I will leave the salt out and use a substitute, though! Thanks. Submitted by:

Doesn't need the salt I added more onion and garlic.
At 56.8 cals I wasn't worrid about the serving size. 2 servings sure helped me get the potassium I needed.
