Recipe is from "Fix It & Forget It" cookbook & does call for 1/2 tsp grated orange rind which I didn't have & 4 oz can mushrooms. A bit bland, but hubby liked it. High carb if you serve with rice since it already has has sweet potatoes Submitted by:
