I used whole wheat flour and splenda and fat free milk. my only complaint was that the recipe made too little batter (i like a good size muffin), so i ended up doubling it, and baking for an extra 5 minutes. came out yummy and passed the husband test! very chocolatey and delicious! Submitted by:
