My recipe which I have tweaked over the years may not be as healthy but it is full of flavour. I add nutmeg, cinnamon, 2 more bananas, raisins soaked in rum and wine and, I don't ever use those fat-free, gluten free ingredients.If you are doing a dessert use the real thing and discipline yourself.
