And lovely too with 4 chopped black olives, diced purple onion, mixed with the cream cheese and lean turkey or turkey ham. And do I use the ends of green onion finely cut and tied in a knot for the garnish?I prefer homemade spinach tortillas to limit the amount of fat calories and neufchatel cheese Submitted by:

Loved it......it is so good. even better when I used a flavored low fat cream cheese with green peppers and chopped red onions as well as the carrots. It is making me hungry just thinking about it. Submitted by:

These are great! Add diced jalepeno's if you want them to bite. Delete the veggies and add diced fruits for a refreshing light snack. They're very versatile and yummy. Use carb/low fat/whatever king of tortillas you want and the same for the cream cheese. You can even use the flavored cream chz. Submitted by:

As diabetic - love this recipe, use the carb counter tortilla to replace and sprinkle on some fiber powder to boost it back up. Submitted by:

This recipe is fast and tastes great. Instead of plain cream cheese, I use fat free veggie flavored and a slice of turkey or chicken lunchmeat. Submitted by:

I am addicted to cream cheese and haven't had any since I started SP. I am not a fan of fat free cream cheese but I will try this recipe and see if I like it. Someone below mentioned artichokes, someone else mentioned thinly sliced tomato. I would definitely need somethings besides spinach/carrot Submitted by:
