Nutrition & Calorie Comments

This was great! I made it last night but I substituted ground turkey for the beef and added a little chopped spinach to the cheese mixture. I also skipped the bottled sauce and made mine using canned toms, onion, garlic, etc. We're watching our sodium around here. Submitted by:

I really enjoyed this. We ate it for dinner and are both having it again for lunch today! I used Fat Free Cottage Cheese and the flavor was still great! (I also left out the onions b/c no one in my house will eat onions)

One of the best spark recipes by far. I felt like I was eatting something from an italian restaraunt. The entire family enjoyed. I also used lowfat cottacge cheese and lowfat mozzarella but I did not miss out on the fat. I will definately make this one again. Submitted by:

I can not cook but I made this tonight and it was the best thing I have ever made. I also added low fat cottage cheese but added more sauce and cheese on top and cooked an additional 5 minutes. Submitted by:

Absolutely love this!! So easy to make. I used low fat cottage cheese as well. Covered and baked for 40 minutes, topped with extra mozzerella cheese and baked an additional 10 minutes uncovered. Very good! Submitted by:

Delicious! I used lowfat cottage cheese instead of regular and ground turkey instead of ground beef. Not sure how to adjust the nutrition values for the changes I made. Submitted by:
