Good! it didn't stick together to well for me, but it could have been because i didn't bake it long enough. I also subsituted ketchup for tomato paste and added a little bit of can sugar. Next time i'll add some salt & maybe egg whites. This is the first time i've cooked with TVP, i really liked it! Submitted by:
