I didn't use the taco seasoning b/c others mentioned using poultry seasoning. However, I totally forgot to put that in. So.... mine needed some extra salt and pepper to give them some flavor. My mistake! Submitted by:

This is a wonderful recipe!! I loved it! I also really like the idea of portioning the meatloaf with a muffin tin. I made this with fat-free ground turkey and substituted homemade veggie broth instead of the water. I will definitely make this again...often! Thank you so much! Submitted by:

Even my fiance loved it, and he doesn't like ground turkey or peppers or onions! But it's all blended together so well, it was fantastic!! I didn't use taco seasoning becasue of the sodium, so I subbed other herbs. I also turned it around in the muffin pan to let the bottom brown when it was done. Submitted by:
