Use corn flakes instead of bread crumbs and cuts down on even more calories and can use a little more cheese if wanted. Whole family eating it tonight. Delicious!! Submitted by:

Thank you for this. Without all the butter and sauce, I had no idea it could be SO low calorie. Chicken cordon bleu is one of my all time favorites and I'm so glad I can eat it anytime with no guilt. I made 2 servings for me and my fiance, and 1/8th cup of bread crumbs was enough for both breasts. Submitted by:
