I guess I made them too big, as I only got 12 cakes, and one is not enough for a serving. Either my bananas weren't very sweet, almond milk is sweeter than 2%, or this is bland. I'll double seasonings and add a sprinkle of sugar next time. I added a scoop of the usually-forgotten flax seed, too. Submitted by:

Used nonfat milk instead of almond. My teenage son ate 12 and then was eating them cold and plain out of the fridge till they were gone. Submitted by:

The pancakes were delicious! I didn't have the Almond milk so I used non-fat. I added a packet of Salvia to the mix. You can taste a hint of cinnamon in these light and fluffy pancakes. Submitted by:
