Made this tonight. Used fully cooked hickey sausages instead. Just diced it up. Also used my food processor for the onion, garlic and pepper. Also added 1 small carrot. I couldn't believe the calorie count either but I double checked and yep... it's right on!
Serving tonight for 4 of us with warm crusty bread and a jammy red wine. What a way to warm a winter evening!
