I really liked the taste (I used optimum nutrition vanilla ice cream powder), the texture was something to get used to but I like that I can eat 5 of them for a 100 calorie snack and lots of protein! :) Submitted by:

I wasn't sure how much two "scoops" of protein powder was, but I grabbed a single serving packet (allegedly two scoops) of protein powder from the store and made these with it. I'm not really sure why, but even after 17 minutes in the oven, they were still wet in the middle. Okay taste, though. Submitted by:
