Easy to make, I was able to blend it by using my immersion blender. Great mixture by combining something sweet with protein. I added small amount of cinnamon and instant coffee. Will plan to make again! Submitted by:

I used regular instant pudding mix instead of sugar-free. I liked it pretty good, probably will make again. Submitted by:

This is great! Next time I'll add in some of the clear mixing fiber powder from Walgreens, too. I think this will make an awesome butterscotch pie in graham cracker crust-WOW! Thanks for the recipe. Submitted by:

This pudding was sooo good! I was suspicious at first.... I have never liked instant pudding before, but now it is so rich and creamy! And full of protein! Highly recommended Submitted by:

cottage cheese frightens me a little, but this actually sounds pretty good! way to turn an already fairly guilt-free dessert (sugar-free pudding) into a more healthful treat! Submitted by:

I thought this was great. It has a good amount of protein and it's a tasty way to get dairy in. It was pretty hard to get it smooth in the blender, but if you blend it for long enough, it's very creamy. Submitted by:
