Easy to make, I was able to blend it by using my immersion blender. Great mixture by combining something sweet with protein. I added small amount of cinnamon and instant coffee. Will plan to make again! Submitted by:

I thought this was great. It has a good amount of protein and it's a tasty way to get dairy in. It was pretty hard to get it smooth in the blender, but if you blend it for long enough, it's very creamy. Submitted by:
