This reminds me of the mac and cheese my mother-in-law used to make and had forgotten about. I made a few changes. I added ground cumin - 1 teas and 8 ounces of ham. Add 51 calories, 3 g fat, 16 mg cholesterol 268 mg sodium and .9 g carb. to totals. Make a very filling meal with a salad on the side Submitted by:
