Actually, I entered all the ingredients into the Sparkrecipes recipe calculator and for 6 of these crackers with dip it's 609 cals total. Who's going to eat just one of these? So yes, ONE CRACKER is 117 cals.

Love avocados on sandwiches. This will be a great recipe on rye crackers. May I suggest WASA brand rye crackers...they are delicious and very low cal with high fiber. Submitted by:
