I made an individual portion of this to try without the bay leaf because I didn't have any. It was great, definitely a keeper and easy. I used 1/2 cp. canned pumpkin, 1/2 cp. mild, 1/2 cp. low sod ch. broth, 1/4 tsp cumin, 1/4 tsp oinion salt. It was very tastey. The cumin really gives it a nice Submitted by:

I actually didn't like the first few spoonfuls. I added a bit of onion salt so by the third spoonful, it was growing on me. I'm going to try it cold, I think to see if the flavors meld a bit more. It is very nutritious and calories can't be beat!! Thanks for submitting it. Submitted by:
