Very good! I left out the Fiber one cereal, but it turned out perfectly fine anyway. I also added about 1/4 tsp of cayenne to the tortilla chip crumbs. Will definitely make again. Submitted by:

We have made this multiple times; I love her books. I grind up a whole bag of the Fiber One cereal in my small blender so it's ready to go - you just use 1/2 the amount cuz it's already finely crushed.
