I make this similar recipe using reduced fat cheese and combination of egg and egg whites since egg beaters tend to have a un natural taste thanks for sharing Submitted by:

This recipe is great! It's very easy to throw together the night before and pop it in the oven in the morning. I used Fat Free cheese and extra lean ham and it brought the nutrition to: Calories - 160, Fat - 2g, Carb - 19g, Protein - 16g. Submitted by:
