I must be doing something wrong in calculations. I copied this exact recipe and for the same amount of servings and I came up with 577 calories and between 7 and 9 grams of fat for each serving. Why do my recipes come up with more calories and fat content - what am I doing wrong? Submitted by:

PLEASE TRY THIS INSTEAD. Skin the chicken to get rid of a LOT of fat. Roast it upside-down to keep juices in the breast meat. VERY nice! Submitted by:

This is very good and you can alter the spices without affecting the calories. I added minced garlic b/c my family loves garlic. It smells so good in the oven that we just can't wait to eat. Also we had a lot of leftovers for an easy meal the next night! Submitted by:
