A hit at my house too! Slicing chic breasts in half prior to cooking makes it easier to eat. Used the actual reduced fat blue cheese instead of the dressing AND I substituted those new 100% whole wheat sandwich thins for the buns to up the protein. Real keeper with my picky teens! Submitted by:
