Not too bad. I butterflied the chx, put the bacon and cheese in the middle and baked it for 30 mins on 350. I used low sodium turkey bacon and reduced fat cheddar cheese. Also, next time I think I will cover it so it doesn't get too dry. I also added garlic powder, paprika, and pepper. Submitted by:
