I subbed thyme for the marjoram; otherwise, made to recipe, used BLIBBITY's suggestion to add curry powder. I divvied it up into 9 one cup containers, for 114 calories. More nutritious than popcorn for a snack! Add hot sauce! Add Splenda for dessert! Hot or cold. Submitted by:

IAJOEB - Different people will cook for different times (3-4 hours is a range, not an exact) and at varying temps. Therefore the end product will be different. The recipe says it makes 8 servings.
