Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Again the picture does not match the recipe! WHY!
The nutritional info for a serving lists 3 slices of the bread. This does not make sense!
So this means I will make the recipe as it sounds pretty good but have to refigure the calories etc. PLEASE make recipe info & picture accurate.

It sounds like this will be a great recipe to try, but I do have a picky question and comment: On Chef Meg's calorie and nutrition breakdown, a serving includes 3 slices of cocktail bread -- why is that? Plus, I want a photo of an actual slider on cocktail bread, not a stock photo with a roll! Submitted by:

Arugula is a type of lettuce green and 93/7 means the meat is 93% lean and 7% fat... Submitted by:

DonnaSeefee - I think arugula is rocket, or something similar.
A good packet of mixed salad greens would work too, but the nutrition/calorie count might be a wee bitty different.

BonnyR - "93/7" lean ground meat is meat that only has 7% fat content. Submitted by:
