Delicious! I omitted the salt & dice onion and added Adobo Seasoning & Chili Powder. Pan fried them until brown in little bit of oil. Covered Lid on 2nd side of Chops to let the juices thicken and served w/sofritos & Sason brown rice. Mix in Stringbeans w/pork chop juice & serve w/meal. Yummy! Submitted by:
