I made this recipe last night with a couple of variations. I seasoned the chicken lightly with salt, pepper and garlic. I added mushrooms to the spinach mixture and sprinkled a small amount of parmesean cheese on top. It was very good and we will be making it often! Submitted by:

I made this but added no salt seasoning to the chicken then cooked the chicken on my George Foreman grill as I sauteed all the other ingredients then stuffed the chicken and added Mozzerella cheese. Fantastic dish. Hubby loved it and so did I. Very easy dish to make. and Quick.Will make again very s Submitted by:

Very tasty, but I must have had tiny chicken breasts because I had way too much spinach mixture. It made an okay side dish with some salt sprinkled on it though! Submitted by:
