very tasty salad and healthy.here in greece we add salt,oregano and sometimes pieces of belly peppers.we don't use lemon.thanks for sharing by the way! Submitted by:

This recipe was good but a little dry. Some lemon juice would be a nice addition. Also, layer the tomatoes on top and let sit at room temp, covered, so that the juices can drip onto the other vegs. Needed salt too. Submitted by:
