Does the nutritional info take into acount th fact that you are not draining the bacon grease out? I wonder how much that affects things since 2 slices of bacon in the tracker assumes just the crispy part... Submitted by:

This can easily become low carb, by using cream instead of the milk, and spring (green) onions instead of regular ones.
And adding a dash of nutmeg brings out the taste as well! YUMMM
