YUM! These taste like meatballs my mom used to make. We will be making these again and again. We used Mediterranean herb fat-free feta, so we should have cut down on the oregano. Still, they were delicious. Submitted by:

You can lower the calories etc by using 93% lean turkey or chicken NOT beef. Lower the fat by using fat free feta. Omit the salt. New values approx. 195 cal, 8.1 fat, 535 sodium. Perfect. Thanks for the idea. Submitted by:

These were very good. I made them with ground turkey, but I'd recommend not using turkey breast. Though it's lower in fat, it's very dry. Submitted by:

I made this and left the salt out as the cheese provides plenty and used fat free feta and served in a pita with tomatoe and yogurt mixed with chopped mint to make it a little more mediteranian!! Really excellant!! Submitted by:

Very tasty! I also used ground turkey and omitted the salt. I sprayed the forman grill with Pam and served them on whole wheat hamburger rolls with lettuce, tomato and ketchup. My hubby also loved them! Submitted by:

WOW!This was the first recipe I tried from this site.I used reduced fat feta.My husband and I loved them. He had his on a bun w/mayo and lettuce. Not watching his weight(of course). I had mine like a steak-on the plate.I was surprised how juicy and tasty they are. This one is a keeper. :) Submitted by:

These were a very tasty change to the grilled burgers and chicken this summer. We did decrease the amount of feta cheese to 4 ounces and didn't add any salt, but the "burgers" sad the wonderful feta taste and great texture. Submitted by:

These burgers are great. I did not add the salt or the whole amount of feta. And I used reduced fat feta. Very good. Submitted by:

Sounds Great! Cant's wait to try them. I bet you can reduce the fat even more if you extra lean ground turkey instead of chicken. Using reduced fat feta is a good idea MSPENCER79 Submitted by:

I changed it up a bit and used fat free feta cheese - and changed the seasonings to 1/2 T Oregano - 1/2 T dried onions - 1/2 T Chives - (not really fond of Oregano - but wanted some of it in there) these were 5 WW pts instead of 7 WW pts. I tried these again used grnd chicken breast now 3 ww pts Submitted by:

I never believed there could be a substitute for a jucy ground BEEF burger, but this recipe is absolutely delicious and guilt free and best of all, NO BUN NEEDED. Great with fresh tomatos or roasted peppers (try roasting them on the grill w/the berger, mmm). I used low fat feta and no added salt. Submitted by:

It sounds tasty, but considering 1 gm of fat equals 9 calories x app. 20 gms of fat equals 180 fat calories. That means more than half this burger is fat and it is high sodium. You don't need added salt with feta cheese. Lean beef is less fatty than ground chicken which usually contains skin, etc. Submitted by:
