This was extremely easy to put together - used a yellow reduced sugar cake mix to lessen the sugar, along with sugar free pudding and cool whip. Very, very good. This cake is delicious!! I used a reduced sugar yellow cake mix, 1/2 cup eggbeaters in place of the egg whites, and a 15 oz can of mandarin oranges instead of the 11 oz - I drained off a little of the juice. I will definately make this again.	Submitted by: LINDALOU142 (4/5/09) report inappropriate
I used to bake a cake very similar to this, so I know it's fantastic - tasting. Not very good for you, and I'm on a health binge right now. I'll try to substitute to get good nutrition from it. SOOOO GOOD! I used sugar free fat free pudding mix and lite cool whip, as well as reduced sugar yellow cake mix. When I started to put the topping on the cake it seemed like there would be too much...but after tasting the cake with the topping on it, I dumped it all on! fluffy & DELICIOUS!!
