Loved this recipe. I use all the fat free sugar free stuff as well. This is one of the best cakes I have ever had. Plus my anti health food rommate and partner loved it! Submitted by:

I love to bake for my husband but it seems he wants the recipes that are full of fat and calories. I can't wait to surprise him with this one. I bet he won't even know the difference. Sounds yummy! Submitted by:

This cake was amazing. We had a family dinner with my kids and there significant others and everyone loved it. I even found a sugar free cake mix so it was even lower in calories. I'm going to make it for my book club next. Yummy!! Submitted by:

This cake is amazing and can be used anywhere. No one knows it is guilt free! My husband is diabetic so we use the 1/2 sugar cake mix, cool whip free and instead of the pudding in the frosting, used s/free orange jello. YUMMMM!!! Submitted by:

Awesome! I found a Pillsbury reduced sugar cake that doesn't taste artificial, but not thrilled about the sugar free puddings and frozen cool whips so used different ones. Still amazing and not too different on calories. A very nice treat!! Submitted by:

This was extremely easy to put together - used a yellow reduced sugar cake mix to lessen the sugar, along with sugar free pudding and cool whip. Very, very good. Will try it with the orange rind next time but can't improve much on the original recipe, just mix it up a bit. Submitted by:

This cake is delicious!! I used a reduced sugar yellow cake mix, 1/2 cup eggbeaters in place of the egg whites, and a 15 oz can of mandarin oranges instead of the 11 oz - I drained off a little of the juice. I will definately make this again.

I used to bake a cake very similar to this, so I know it's fantastic - tasting. Not very good for you, and I'm on a health binge right now. I'll try to substitute to get good nutrition from it. HFCS is a big culprit here. Oh - and I can't tolerate most chemicals in artificial sweeteners either. Submitted by:

You are my new hero! I've been making the full calorie, 2-layer version of this mandarin orange cake every Easter for years and years and was afraid I'd have to skip it this year. Thanks to you, though, I won't miss a thing!! Thank you so much! Submitted by:

SOOOO GOOD! I used sugar free fat free pudding mix and lite cool whip, as well as reduced sugar yellow cake mix. When I started to put the topping on the cake it seemed like there would be too much...but after tasting the cake with the topping on it, I dumped it all on! fluffy & DELICIOUS!! Submitted by:
