I don't get Kylar Starn's comment on the cals. This recipe yields eight servings (1/2 cup each) of cooked rice which technically would be about 80 cal just for the rice alone. Personally I don't see anything wrong with the Nutritional info for this recipe. Submitted by:

Hey, just want to let everyone know that the calories for this is off. 1/4 cup brown rice DRY is a serving which is 160 cals. so this has 640 cals of rice in it total. Nutri info tried to make the comparison with 8 cups cooked rice which is 860 cals. Submitted by:
