Sounds YUM!!!!

I like tarragon and dill and garlic...I may try making this with those ingredients added. Now to find a NOT "nonfat" yogurt!

Thanks for a tasty-looking, carb-friendly recipe!

I use fat-free plain Greek yogurt instead of sour cream in all my dip recipes. I even put it on top of a baked potato. Submitted by:

Glad I found this, low sodium dressing is practically non existent, at 5 mg I love it!!! Used Cilantro spice (1 TBS and 1 tsp) instead of fresh, need to dial it back a little as it is spicy. Even the wife unit like it and she is all about Kraft Ranch, Bacon etc. dressings Submitted by:

Good dressing for the calories. Lots of cilantro flavor, will continue to experiment with other ingredients like parsley and dill. Submitted by:

Will try this with Dill. I love Dill and when it is mixed with reduced fat sour cream it is so good. I will try it with Greek Yogurt. Submitted by:

Great! I've been substituting fat free Greek yogurt for all of my recipes asking for sour cream, with very good results. Submitted by:
