I won't be making this with store bought dressing, but for those who want the calorie content - this is what was in the email that advertised the recipe:

One thing I knew before I met SP, how to "jiggle" a recipe. One thing I learned from SP, portion control.
Halve the cheese and dressing, reduce oil to 1 tsp, double the asparagus.
Now you have 143.6 cal, 10.9 fat/2.1 sat, 5.8 carb/.7 sug, 6.8 prot, 240 sod.
Much healthier :)
Learn to jiggle :)

I will make this salad,but limit the amount of dressing I use. I usually stick to olive oil and lemon. With the cheese it already has the flavor of a caesar dressing. Any dressing I mix up will be less calories than a commercial one.
Post the nutritional value of product being advertised.
