Often times, salt is used to offset bitterness. What is its purpose in this otherwise appealing recipe? I will omit it! Thanks for posting it.

This was awesome! My whole family loved it. I used splenda instead of sugar, added some pomegranate seeds, and the zest of two oranges. I even dumped in the rind of one orange, and it was delicious after being boiled in the cranberry sauce. My family has already requested it again for next year. Submitted by:
