Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I had chicken breast tenders on the menu for tonight, and today I run across this recipe. Sounds like destiny to me. I'll be making these tonight. I will omit the salt just because I don't cook with salt. Other than that, I think it looks great. Submitted by:

Great Recipe----I used very little Salt though----and used skinned and deboned Chicken Breast instead of Wings. Submitted by:

If you're going to bone and skin wings, then you're better off using a meatier part of the bird. Not much meat on a wing and it's fatty. Submitted by:

Who the hell removes skin from chicken wings? How are they supposed to get crispy without skin? I always skin the bigger pieces, but the wings I leave untouched. I love 'em, but my husband doesn't. He claims they're too fatty. Maybe I'll use this recipe to convince him they're not so bad. Submitted by:

That's a lot of sodium for a "treat." 30% of the daily RDA for sodium. With all those seasonings, you could probably use just a dash of salt, or omit it altogether. Substituting chicken breast pieces would cut the fat also. Submitted by:
