I don't understand your nutritional information. With your ingredients as specified I get 250.6 Cal per serving (256.1 substituting 2 eggs for the the egg subst). Your ingredients for the nutritional calc specify 4 cups of milk which isn't the same as 14oz sweetened condensed which is 60% sugar. Submitted by:

this is like I make my pumpkin pie except I use pumpkin pie spice. Check your can of pumkin and add your egg calories and fat. Submitted by:
