Very yummy. I made half the amount and put it in the freezer. It will be a nice quick meal at the weekend.

12 servings? What a joke. That's barely over an ounce of beef per "taco" You managed to take something and trim the calories by cutting out all the protein. Way to go Submitted by:

This was the best taco filling I have ever tried. I used refried beans instead of the pinto beans. For the taco shells, I baked some corn tortillas for 5 minutes on each side at 350 F. This cut out a LOT of fat and calories! I'll be making these again and can't wait to have the leftovers for lunch! Submitted by:

Sounds good. You can cut some of the fat by draining the cooked hamburger in a paper-towel lined colander, wipe out the pan, and put the hamburger back into the pan & follow the rest of the recipe. Submitted by:
