ok so when I make a smoothie I would add 1 cup almond milk and 1 cup water, 1 banana and 1 cup other fruit plus 2 cups of greens a source of fat and protein mix it up and drink the whole thing myself. I've been making smoothies before they became so popular. Chia seeds add the fiber that a lot of people lack. This was really good! Submitted by:
