Delicious! I did add a pinch of cayenne for a little kick. Think I would cut down on the baking time, the chops seemed a little dry. Although it could have been that my loin chops had pretty much no fat at all. Submitted by:

Great recipe...easy to make, normal ingredients, no mess. I served it with steamed broccoli and basmati rice. I based the calories on 100gm boneless chop. Submitted by:
