i added a full cup of parsley to my mix and also some cubed extra firm tofu. this is a very filling salad, but a little high in caloric content. i think the tofu expands the protein value while decreasing the overall calorie load. adding a high value carbohydrate as a side makes this a complete meal Submitted by:
