Nutrition & Calorie Comments

This is my favorite spark people receipe. I used cyanne pepper and red pepper flakes instead of salt and pepper. Very good if you are looking for a little spice. My family loved it. Submitted by:

This recipe desperately needs shallots. It would take it to a whole 'nother level and not add many calories. You also need to pound the chicken out with the flat side of a meat tenderizer, it makes the chicken cook more evenly and dramatically improves the taste - TRUST ME ON THIS, will be amazing! FAN-TASTIC!!!! I can't recommend this enough. I am always naturally leery of low-fat 'diet food' but this recipe was *wonderful* and so filling! Don't hesitate to try it. It's so simple, and incredibly flavorful and rich tasting! Thank you so much for posting this! Submitted by:

I've made this a few times now and when I use store bought Marsala, I add 1tsp of sugar..it just makes it taste so good. I also use baby portobella mushrooms. Great dinner for the whole family. Submitted by:

Excellent low fat recipe, everyone loved this chicken marsala. It's our new standard recipe bye bye butter overload. I substituted gluten free all purpose flour to eliminate the gluten since I benefit from gluten free. Submitted by:

I enjoyed this so much! I didn't have marsala wine so I used red whine instead and I used low sodium chicken broth instead of the regular chicken stock! Even my husband liked it! Submitted by:

We liked it a lot. The lemon makes it just a little different from the usual Marsala. But, I used about 6 times the amount of mushrooms, a half cups of mushrooms is nothing. Also used some garlic salt. Submitted by:
