Super! My spouse made it and it was great! However, I believe the nutrition info on the page is wrong. Click on View Nutritional Breakdown by Ingredient & you will see that just the 4 oz (.26 lb) of Beef chuck roast alone is 349 calories for a total of 363 calories. Submitted by:
