Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Awesome way to spice up some leftover chicken! My chicken had been seasoned with salt-free spices for the grill so that give it some extra spice also. I put a in extra oinion and celery also for more flavor. Left out the spicy stuff for me (husb. added spice to his bowl) will definitely make again! Submitted by:

This was good, but I thought it was soupy. I think there was too much milk. Also, I used non-fat mild and veg oil instead of butter. Need 2 jalapenos for flavor. Served on a bed of whole grain rice. My boyfriend liked it too. Submitted by:

This was quick and delicious. I will definitely make this recipe again. I used olive oil instead of butter and frozen low fat creamed corn rather than canned. Next time I may also try nonfat milk. Submitted by:

Very good I will make this one again. I made it on a rainy afternoon and it was a great lunch. I made a couple of substitutions. I used 1 1/2 T light butter, 5.8 oz chicken and 1/16 t salt. For me this made 7 cups of soup. Submitted by:

This sounds very good, but what is the serving size? There aren't too many SparkRecipe's that include the serving size. Why? How is anyone watching their weight is suppose to add the calories to their daily allotment? Submitted by:
