i made this tonight from sbd recipes. and used cocoa powder and put some nuts in, but it was really wierd tasting. i put cool whip on top just to make part of it bearable! i think i'll stick with the sugar free popsicles! Submitted by:

loveeeeeeeeee these ricotta creme recipes from south beach. add cocoa powder instead of cinnamon to make it chocolately !! my fav. ive added different ingredients too like almond extract and what not and im gonna make a tiramisu one eventually. great low carb recipe Submitted by:
