This was okay, but I had to add so much salt that it ended up having as much sodium as actual ramen. If you check the facts on salt, just half a teaspoon has 1200 mg of sodium! (which is almost as much as the real ramen seasoning) Submitted by:

Thanks so much. this is just what I needed to add to my low sodium seasoning arsenal. Instead of salt, why not try a bit of soy sauce. very authentic. Submitted by:

I think the serving size is labeled wrong..Therefore the calorie count is high because it's showing for the entire jar made up in this recipe...I just refigured mine in the recipe calculator and it makes more sense...nice spice!! Submitted by:
