I actually LOVED this! I cooked it also with green peppers and onions and I added a tiny bit of salt, pepper, and cayenne and near the end I threw in a can of drained pineapples and already steamed broccoli! Delicous! I guessed on all the quantities so I'm no help there! Submitted by:

It was delicious! I made it in a slow cooker by combining all ingredients, wrapping in foil, and cooking on low for 6 hours. It was quite most but I probably could have doubled each ingredient. I only used 2 tbs brown sugar, 1.5 applesauce, and sprinkled cinnamon over pork loin. We'll enjoy again! Submitted by:
