Hubby loved this one and so did I. I question the nutrition info since the pork alone is higher the way I count it though. We will definitely make this again. Submitted by:

I actually LOVED this! I cooked it also with green peppers and onions and I added a tiny bit of salt, pepper, and cayenne and near the end I threw in a can of drained pineapples and already steamed broccoli! Delicous! I guessed on all the quantities so I'm no help there! Submitted by:

Pretty good, and hubby liked it, too! I used 2c applesauce, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp ginger, and 4 tsp packed brown sugar. Submitted by:

yummy! wasn't sure how much sugar to put, so I used only 2 teaspoons and wished I would've used three lol But it really was good! Submitted by:

It was delicious! I made it in a slow cooker by combining all ingredients, wrapping in foil, and cooking on low for 6 hours. It was quite most but I probably could have doubled each ingredient. I only used 2 tbs brown sugar, 1.5 applesauce, and sprinkled cinnamon over pork loin. We'll enjoy again! Submitted by:
