Best mashed potatoes I have ever had. I did have to add about 1/4 cup nonfat milk as it was a little dry. I found Kerrygold butter at Henry's Farmhouse Market. It is sold in 1/4 pound packages. Also, Trader Joe's carries Kerrygold products. Thanks for sharing this great recipe.
