Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Both my husband and I really enjoyed this! The only thing I would change, is maybe a little less olive oil to reduce the calorie count, but it was really great! Submitted by:

Didn't find the recipe until I was already at the campground. Used red wine vinegar, spicy brown mustard, chopped fresh onion. Omitted the salt, thyme and itallian seasoning. Added chopped garlic. Excellent! Submitted by:

I marinated the chicken for more than a day, thinking I'd eat it earlier, and loved the resulting taste. The spices were delicious, with a bit of a kick and the marinade doesn't add too many calories, fat, etc. Submitted by:

This chicken was awesome ! So easy and low fat. Next time I would use half the olive oil the recipe called for. Submitted by:

Very tasty and easy to make. Was a bit on the salty side, so I'll cut that down next time. Submitted by:

I do not have a grill, but liked the recipe and followed it exactly and instead of grilling, after marinade for about 2 hours, I baked the chicken with all of the marinade for about 40 minutes on 350. Don't know what that did to the nutritional value, but it was terrific. I will make this often! Submitted by:

I realize that the calorie counter counted all the oil in the marinade and that this doesn't have so many calories. This was a good meal and I used some of the chicken the next day in my salad. Submitted by:
