This is wonderful! Subsitute black beans for pinto beans and add some frozen corn, and a can of chopped tomatoes to add a couple servings without adding a lot of calories! This is very good alll year round! Submitted by:

Number of servings? We came up with different values when we measured out servings.

I also wonder how the values change based on using either salsa verde OR enchilada sauce, as they have different calorie values.

We will definitely make this again, though! Very tasty!!
