I would use reduced sodium soy sauce for this, otherwise it's too salty. I also used brown rice. This is delicious! Submitted by:

This is a good recipe, i add onions and peppers, use a hard-boiled egg instead of scrambled, low-sodium soy sauce and brown rice. My family loves it! Submitted by:
